The whole place is covered with graffiti and magazine clippings, and all the stylists have like mohawks, and multicolored hair, except they make you have the exact hair you want. They know how to do it.


And they don't go to ';crazy'; either.

in some places there are places called regis salon those are really good places. there might be one in jcpenny or something like that.
