How does the salon stylist have to cut my hair to look like Chace Crawfords?

Here is a pic of of my hair obviously I need to grow it out a lot longer than in this pic but when it's the right length how does the stylist need to cut and style it to look like his??

They hairdresser will know, all they need to do is add some layers maybe straighten it, feather it at the back, high light it

I think a hair stylist can do that! because my brother's hair is like Chace Crawford's.
