Going to get my hair cut at akada hair salon to get my hair cut....?

first of all its curly. i want it to be less thick, as do most of us. i want to know 2 things, 1 do they make curly hair less thick and frizzy? 2 should i get layers? if so what kind. thanks :)Going to get my hair cut at akada hair salon to get my hair cut....?
ask them to texturize it to make it skinner and thinner. and layers will make it more poofy. if you texturize it it gives you layers too. i hope your hair stylist texturizes the same way mine does because it def made my hair less poofy!
