A Korean Hair Salon is located downtown and the hair style I want is of an Asian guy's. So I figured I will go and cut my hair there. The problem is would they, the hair stylists, be rude if I go? I mean a Mexican boy-looking-girl walks in, some one will talk right? In conclusion, should I go or not?
PS. My Asian Friends say I look asian, if that helps at all.Would it be alright for a Mexican to get their hair cut in a Korean hair salon?
May I suggest another salon then? Since you are already having this preconceived idea about how they are gonna act, it's most likely gonna happen. What I mean is, even if they are speaking in Korean about different things, in the back of your mind, you'll wonder if they are talking about you. Why take your hard earned money to a business that you don't 100% feel comfortable with?
Personally, I live my life NOT caring what others think. I am not hurting anyone, and treat everyone I encounter with courtesy and respect. Life's too short to live for other people. Do what makes you happy! :)Would it be alright for a Mexican to get their hair cut in a Korean hair salon?
They will probably speak a bunch of smack that you will not understand. So, relax, you will not have a clue what they are saying. It happens to me everytime I get my nails done. They squabble in thier native language openly and loudly and laugh and make faces. However, I really have no clue, so I just daydream and take myself to my ';happy place.';
Yes, but bring a friend who is Korean and can speak the language. So that way whatever those salon stylists are saying behind your back, your friend will translate it to you.
Yes, one of my friends did that and they were fine.
Yah I guess it'd be okayyy.
u should be fine if u take ur friends. R U a guy or a girl?
