I'm dying my hair at home. And im getting it cut at a salon. Which should i do firstttt?

get it cut, then dye it at home

well, thats what id doI'm dying my hair at home. And im getting it cut at a salon. Which should i do firstttt?
Oh yes they can be wrong - Questionz - they're out to make more money, so cutting off what is already dyed helps them do that.

Besides, think about it, if ends are more open after they're cut won't they soak up more dye - just like how you can refresh limp celery by cutting off the ends %26amp; putting in cold water?

I've learned to also cut my own hair, so now I do it all in the comfort of my own home %26amp; don't have to listen to other people's screaming kids running around the salon.I'm dying my hair at home. And im getting it cut at a salon. Which should i do firstttt?
I agree to get it cut first and then color it. That way all the color product is on hair that you are going to keep instead of throwing it away.
you should cut first- won't use as much dye
Cut it first then dye it cause then people like your friends would be like who's that and if you cut it first everybody would know it's you cause first you would like say I am getting it cut at school then get it cut and then the next day get it dyed and everybody will still notice who you are and say hey (your name) you died your hair
COLOR it then CUT IT

thats the order they do it when i get it done professionaly..so they cant be wrong!
that's a tough one because a salon would color your hair then cut it because they know exactly what they are doing so they will put the color in the right spots so it will look good with the cut. since you are doing it at home things change, you could get it cut first so then you could know exactly where you will want the color to go and be done or you can color it first and just in case there's damage caused to the ends it will not matter because you are getting your hair cut anyway. it's really up to you, just giving you some ideas to think about
color then cut, cause how you get it cut might not match up with the way you wanted it too. so color then cut
Get it cut first, then dye it.

That way, you won't be cutting off the hair you wasted dye on.
