ive been to both but went to jcp more


but my cousin said its much cheaper in regis and this girl[manager] knows how to cut well


but last time i went to regis two hair stylist were arguing

Okay... first DO NOT get it cut at the mall! It costs lest money, but for a bad cut. I would say somwhere that the reviews are good where the cut it right... and the way YOU want it. And I'm sure that any good hair stylest could give you that cut if the saw the picture. The best of luck to you.
