Where's a REALLY good hair salon that has people who FOR SURE will give you the exact hair cut you want?

i want scene hair. and i already have pictures of how i want it exactly. it might be hard to do that though, and i don't want to take any chances with mess ups and making my hair look weird. i want it perfect! i live in the riverside county of california, so i want to go some where close. but i'm fine with going to a hair salon in san diego, ca. i go there a lot so no trouble with that. help please?Where's a REALLY good hair salon that has people who FOR SURE will give you the exact hair cut you want?

oooohh! u should defiantly go 2 tony and guy to get that kind of hair. i mine done there and it looks amazing! they are great for choppy hairstyles and colored sneaks. i got my scene hair cut and colored pink on da bottom and i looove it.
i have been going to the ulta salon for about a year and a half and honestly, I will NEVER go ANYWHERE else !
