It might not be exact. Every person's hair is different and lays a different way, but they will try their best to get it to look like that. you can bring it to show them cuz thats what i do it helps me explain what i want without having to know all their terms but most of them get offended and onlt glance at it once which ends up not looking like what i wanted! but a younger girl did it for me once and she actually used the picture the whole time and talked to me about it so i guess find a younger girl if you can she seemed less experienced but that made he use the picture more and it was PERFECT
When I get my hair cut I usually bring in a photo of how I want it to look, whether its a cut out from a magazine or a photo from a while ago, they cut it the best they can to get it how it looks. I bet if you asked them they would do it, hope that helps ^^
Probably not. Most stylists like to improvise, help with your face shape, hair type, yadda yadda. Ask for it as close as possible, and they'll do their best. They aren't perfect.
Depending on their level of experience they may get somewhat similar to how you want it, or it may be a bit off.

Not all salons will. I took a pic and they cut it 2 inches shorter. However it looked great. Just tell them to not get scissor happy.

they'll do the best they can but if they cant see something then they cant cut it
my sister wanted selena gomez hair cut and it turned out pretty good youy just have to get the right stylist to do it for you!!
