ok im gonna bring a pic but i want to explain to her also i want like volume and spikes on top and then thin and long on bottom what is that called and how do you cut it that way if they dont know what it is?How do i ask the hair salon person to cut my hair scene emo?

bring a picture for sure, and the whole volume thing is more a doing by you and the way you style it every day. Theres this thing called bed head its like in a small tub, it's called bedhead manipulator! when i first got my hair cut all spiky and volume and sceneish like that i went to this really cool/funky salon and they gave me that to give me volume and to make my spikes stay up all crazy.





it's a great product! also hairspray lots %26amp; lots of it. :)


they use a little razor thing to make it all layered/choppy. use the word choppy they'll get the hint. go to a more modern hair salon, if you live in a big city there should be a lot.

Sometimes I heard that the 'thin bottom' is called a, rat tail? or just say something about having layers, but have the bottom one LONGGG, and then tell her where you want the next layer. And if you want the volume, you should just tease it, or put mousse and crunch, then blow dry. Tell her you want the layers choppy, you would get the best ';volume';, if it was choppy.
Take A Picture In , That's what I did.


Tell them that you want it to start above or at your eye


%26amp;%26amp; say you want to have it to have texture %26amp; layers all around.


Make shure that they use a shaping shear for texture :]
