How do I ask for a ';scene'; hair cut in a salon? Or could you provide pictures of it un-styled?

e.g. short layers

I know this question is overdone, and it needs to be specific.

If you have a picture of this style that not styled, it would be great.How do I ask for a ';scene'; hair cut in a salon? Or could you provide pictures of it un-styled?
one of my best friends is scene. when its not styled, it has short layers at the top of the head around the crown. those are usually around three inches long. then ask her to chunk them up as she moves down, then thin out the bottom layer. when it is styled though... well thats a question for a different time.How do I ask for a ';scene'; hair cut in a salon? The girl 4 above is right, but most scene layers are ';chopped'; layers

so make sure to be specific in what kind of layers you want,

also bring in pictures that have what the SIDES BACK AND FRONT look like, I used 3 pictures of 3 different girls and made my own style to create, you should try the same!
Just taking any sort of picture will help the stylist understand what you want done to your hair. Even if it is styled or not.

Just find a picture of what you want and take it with you.

Make sure that you explain to them exactly what you want done with it before they start to cut.

Bring in a pic, styled or not. It doesn't matter. They probably won't know what you're talking about if you walk in and say ';Hey, can you please give me a scene hair cut? Thanks';

And unstyled scene hair is just layered hair, so any pic of that would work.
PICTURE!
