right now my hair is about 3in above my butt and I have dark brown hair with a blonde highlight. my natural hair color is like a black/brown. and I have fairly tan skin and I really wanna try something new, but unsure of the cost and all.How much would it cost to cut more layers and to dye your hair blonde on top with brown on bottom at a salon?
It really depends on where you get it done, and where you live and such. I'm assuming you don't have a stylist... If you do, call him/her and ask. If you don't, ask a friend whose hair you like who does theirs. Get their stylist info, and call that person.
